Caffyn Family History

Caffyn, Pearcey - Halberton
I am looking for the any info on wife and parents of William Pearcey (a tailor in 1862) and his daughter Lucy Ellen Pearcey born Halberton c1837. She married George Caffyn 1862 and their first two children, William George Caffyn and Jacob Caffyn were born in Halberton 1863 and 1867 after which they moved to London and became cab proprietors.

Caffyn, Parsons - West Grinstead
Looking for any details of the parents of Matthew Caffyn born 1809 in West Grinstead. He was a farmer and married Harriet Parsons Billingshurst in 1829. They had 6 children- Ann, Mary, George, Matthew, Thomas and James.

Caffyn's of Nutfield - Nutfield
Any details of the family Caffyn living in and around Nutfield in the 1800's

Hackney carriages - Putney Heath
My grandfather's family the Caffyn's and Pearcey's were hackney cab proprietors and lived in Chestnut Stables, Cambalt Road, Putney in 1910. I have tried so hard to find this location on the old maps and have come to a conclusion that perhaps they lived behind one of the big old houses that were there at the time. Can anyone shed any light on this please?
