Agnew - Cleator Moor, Cumberland
My grandmother Elizabeth Jane Agnew was born at Cleator Moor in 1884 her father George was Irish as was her mother Eliza nee Stuart. She had two brothers John nad George and a sister Jessie. Can anyone help with information as very little is known about this family. I am her grand daughter and have always been puzzled about her past life.

Agnew - Kirkcolm - Kirkcolm, Wigtownshire
Looking for information on a William Agnew. He married Agnes McDowell pre 1787. I have been unable to trace this marriage or Williams bapt on the Scotlands people web site. They had six children, Mary, Agnes, James, William, Margaret and Helen all born in Kirkcolm between 1787 and 1803.
