Agar Family History

William Agar/Ager/Agur 1823 - Witham, Essex
I am looking for information of William Ager (now Agar in Australia. He is the 8th child of Edward Ager (1787 - 1854) and Mary Harris. Others are Mary Ann (1807-08), Rebecca 1809-1889, Edward 1812-1854, Mary Ann 1818-, Elizabeth 1816 , Sarah (1818 -, Susan 1820. He married Mary Ann Sansom and had 2 children Mary Ann Sansom Agar and William Edward Agar. The family came to Australia on the 'Java' in 1852-53. I have all info since then but would like any info regarding Mary Ann Sansom and earlier Agars.

Joseph Agar June 1812 - Skelton, Yorkshire, North Riding
My 6x Great-Grandfather Thomas Agar immigrated to Canada in 1830 and Left his eldest son in Skelton Yorkshire England his name was Joseph Agar born june 1812 in Skelton. Just wondering if anyone had info on his line of desendants. He had 5 other siblings Thomas Agar born 1814, Richard born 1816, Hannah born 1821, Margaret 1823, Robert 1826

Agar, CLARK, PEACOCK, MERCER - Farndale, Yorkshire, North Riding
Jonathan Agar of Farndale (d.1813, son of George and Alice Agar) married Mary CLARK (d.1794, dau. of George and Sarah CLARK). Jonathan and Mary are buried at Gillamoor. Their children include Ruth Agar (b.1782, married William MERCER, son of John and Ann MERCER of Farndale) and Rebecca Agar (1786-1813, married Benjamin PEACOCK of Farndale).

Agar / CLARK / PEACOCK - Lastingham, Yorkshire, North Riding
Jonathan Agar (son of George and Alice Agar) married Mary CLARK (daughter of George and Sarah CLARK) at Lastingham in 1771. They lived at Farndale but many family baptisms, marriages and burials were in the parishes of Lastingham or Kirbymoorside. Benjamin PEACOCK (b. c1782 Farndale) married their daughter Rebecca Agar at Lastingham in 1807.

Jonathan Agar married Mary CLARK in 1771. They lived at Farndale but many family baptisms, marriages and burials were in the parish of Kirkbymoorside.

William Charles Agar shown in 1901 Census as being born in Birdbrook. Family believe he was born 30-6-84 ,son of ?George Ag*r,born ?1841 and m.to ?Emily Rose Whyebrow,b.1846

Agar, CLARK, MERCER, PEACOCK - Gillamoor, Yorkshire, North Riding
Jonathan Agar of Farndale (son of George and Alice Agar) married Mary CLARK. Jonathan and Mary are buried in St.Aidan's churchyard, Gillamoor. Headstone reads 'In memory of Mary Agar, wife of Jonathan Agar, died 27 Jan 1794 aged 47'. Children of Jonathan and Mary Agar include Ruth (b.1782, mar. William MERCER) and Rebecca (b.1786, mar. Benjamin PEACOCK).
