Charles Dunlop married Mary A. Miller during the 1860's. They lived at Brown Street Lane, Edinburgh. This Street is set just off Brown Street Road, Edin. Any family connections or details on Brown Street Lane and its inhabitants around that periodare most welcome.
It would seem one of the houses was used as a 'printers home' for a time. Would you know any details about this? Be good to get in touch with that connected family line.

George family from Banff, Scotland. - Midlothian (MLN, Edinburghshire, County, Scotland)
My George family originated in Keith, Banff and McIntosh's from Moray. The original farm which the George brothers, who were Millers purchased from the Duke of Fife is still there. The brothers all became very wealthy and moved to Aberdeen where they were Brokers. At least two moved to London which is all mentioned in Burkes Peerage, Scottish Landed Gentry.
I have traced most of them but some are still missing especially in Edinburgh and England.
I would like to hear from anyone who knows of this large family which is now almost, not quite, Extinct.
Elizabeth.
