Tommy Maxwell/ Michael Reilly
- Glasgow
I am trying to find information on my grandfather Thomas Maxwell. He was born approx 1915 in Glasgow or nearby. He married my grandmother (his second wife) in approx 1947-9. She was born Janet Reilly, and became Janet Buchan following her father's death. They had one child I know of, Isabel Maxwell, born 1941, who was later adopted and became Isabel Maxwell Wallace. Tommy and Janet emigrated to America c1955-6, and lived in Reno, Nevada, as well as Arizona. They divorced in the late 1950s, and it may be that he died soon after, but I can find no record of this.
I am also trying to find my greatgrandfather, Michael Reilly. Born in Newry coDown, approx 1887. Father John Reilly and mother Mary. He married my ggrandmother Mary Hamilton Dalziel Mcdermaid in1919 in Glasgow. I can't find any more information about his parents, or his death.
Any information would be gratefully received.

GREEN, MCDONALD, COX, MONACH, RODGER
- Glasgow
d I am looking for any children of my fathers brothers and sisters. My father, Francis Green, lived in Springburn until the outbreak of WW2. He met and married my mother in the army and settled in Yorkshire. His father and mother were Daniel and Susan Green(nee Cox). Both of his paternal grandparents were from Ireland (Donegal and Fermanagh) and I think that so were his maternal grandparents. His grandfather was Cornelius Green and his grandmother Catherine McDonald. On the other side his grandma was Agnes Monagh and his gradfather Francis Cox. My father was born in about 1914 and had one brother Daniel who emigrated California and several sisters including, I think, Kath, Roseanne, possibly Marie. My grandfather Daniel Green died in 1967 and it seems e was married second time (after Susan died aged about 50) to Sarah Blair/Steele.
