I am looking for information on James Bremner b. dec.22 1751 in Wick and his wife Katherine Ogg b. 1752 in caithness. They were married Dec.20, 1776 in Thrumster. George Nicholl stood for James and William Ogg stood for Katherine. They had 8 children from 1778 to 1791...Katherine, Margaret, Rachel, Isobel, Christianne, James, Alexander, and Alexandrina. I am descended from Alexander who came to Canada with the Hudson bay Co. in 1812 and settled in the Headingly, Manitoba area.
