Looking for information on Elisabeth Scrimgeour Mowatt born 4 8 1872 at Montrose the daughter of Thomas Guthrie Mowatt(1844-1883) & Mary Adelaide Millar (1846-1881). I last found her in 1891 census where she was living with her grandfather Robert Graham Mowatt(1813-1898) & her two brothers Thomas Guthrie Mowatt(1876-1947) & Robert Mowatt(1879). After that she seems to have disappeared. Can anybody help!

My Nicoll family goes back to James Nicoll born in 1756 in Lintrathen and Helen Edward born 1762.
My Stewart family goes back to Donald Stewart and Menny Siddle. Their first child (as far as I know) was born 1788 in Lintrathen.

My Great Aunt Rhoda Peart was born in Paddington, 1875.She married an Andrew Tocher in Broughty Ferry.He was born there and worked as a joiner. They were married in 1896 and had three children that I know of, Margaret Johnston Tocher born 26/2/1898,Robert Peart Tocher, 4/1/1900 and Rhoda Peart Tocher 14/12/1902, all in Broughty ferry.
Margaret married a Robert Ferrier Anderson in Broughty Ferry,1924. He was a merchant seaman and his father a fisherman in Broughty Ferry.
Any details of this family would be much appreciated as this is all the knowledge I have of them to date.

Seeking information on John Watson, m.1807 to Helen Steven & m. c1819 to Ann Anderson, Broughty Ferry. John (c1778-1862) leased one of two mills (flax?) on Dighty Water in early 1800's and by 1830-1860's lived at 'Windmill Cottage' beside Windmill, Broughty Castle. John used the energy from windmill for his wood turning. One of his fourteen children was Ann Todd Watson m. to James Chalmers, Broughty Ferry, 1863.

Seeking info about my grandfather, George Burns Webster. He was born (likely in the 1890s) and raised in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire. Later, he was superintendent of the Badlapore Tea Estate, Dimakuchi, Assam, India (between the 1920s - early 1950s). Later still, he managed a coffee plantation in Kenya (mid 1950s). Then he retired to Broughty Ferry near Dundee, Angus. He passed away in the 1980s.

Searching with endless hope, I am the last of the Rae within my clyde.
A (William Rae) - born approx. 1880 either in Dundee or Aberdeen (I have 2 papers that say one or the other)
Emigrated to Canada, married a Janeva Bourne from Ireland, and resided in Toronto, Ontario.
Mr. Rae was related somehow to Reid, and they to lived in Canada.
Mr. Rae had a son - born in Toronto 1920. - between 1920 & 1935. Mr. Rae died (no one has records of where or when). Mr. William Rae's son's mother Janeva- died in 1956, the son Claude Rae died in Toronto 1995.
I trying in vain to track William Rae, so that I may put peace to my mind and know where he is buried.
