My husband remembers being moved from Fox House, Lavender Hill wih this Mother and sister to Frimley Surry in the mid to late 60's. They stayed in a large house with other families. The house had as large driveway lined with trees and there was a small stream and possibly a lake in the grounds. He was sent to a local school.Does anyone remember this house it was quite possibly run/funded by social services. Is the house still there and if so where is it in Frimley? Is it still standing? Her husband buried there 9 Aug 1782. We visited in 1998 from New Zealand but could find no sign of their graves? Any information gratefully accepted as these are our 3x great grandparents.
