A James Moore, smith, died in Gladestry in 1654 leaving a Will mentioning his wife Katherine, an adult daughter by the same name, and a minor son, John. Witnesses to the Will were an Elizabeth Price and an Elizabeth Pugh. I'm attempting to determine whether this may have been the Moore family whose descendants migrated to William Penn's colony in American around 1682.

I have a family line going back to Glasbury in the 1750's. My family line contains several Evan Maddy's and I wonder if anyone has any Evans in their family line. My family tree is complete down to 1766 and has been verified by Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates to this point. I would like to get back further. My 4x gt grandmother was buried in Glasbury St. Peter Churchyard in 1806 but cannot find any record of her husband Evan being buried with her so wonder if he lived several more years and was buried elsewhere. The Baptist Chapel, Evenjobb in 1867. Charles's marriage certificate says his father was John Webb, a farm labourer.
