The Money family of Birton Coggles - Burton-le-Coggles, Burton Coggles
I can trace my line back to Robert Money born about 1762 who married Sarah and together they produced 9 cchildren. The children were all born in Burton Coggles, where Robert worked (as a farm labourer?). I am trying to establish where he was born. I am Chair of Caistor Community History. We set the group up in 2005 to collect together stories, photographs, letterheads, family details, artefacts etc. about Caistor. We would appreciate copies or photographs of precious items. Any collected items will be shared with the community. The group meet once a month to gather together information and discuss various aspects of Caistor. We are also happy to receive requests for help. Responses will depend upon how complicated the request is, time and manpower but we will do our best. Subjects to be discussed in 2006 / 2007 include the Market Place, Caistor Hospital, Mills. We`are also hoping to walk some of the Caistor Canal.
