looking for barnard family history. - Belton (near Epworth)
My grandfather was George Albert Barnard he was born in 1901 & died in 1958 age 57. He Married Edith Sutton who's Parents were John Alfed sutton born abt 1879 and Ada Annie Swash born abt 1884. John & Annie married 14th Dec 1904. I am not sure when George married Edith and I don't know who George's parents were and I am not sure if George came from the isle of axholme. If anyone knows any information on George or his family I would be greatful if you could let me know.

My g grandmother was Elizabeth Smith (b 1845). Her father was Henry Smith (b 1817 Boston) a tailor and her mother Ann Futter (b 1825 Frithville). She married Abijah Bolland a gardener (b 1843 Fishtoft) in 1869 and they moved to London and had 6 children. Any information about these family members or the Benington area at this time would be interesting.

Looking for connections with John KENT born c1745 in Benniworth. He married Elizabeth HODGESON 22 October 1770. They had 12 children, William, Margaret, Martha, John, Thomas, William, Mary, Anne, Christopher, Elizabeth, Edward and Joseph. He died March 1823. His parents are thought to be John KENT and Martha CROFTS. His siblings were Martha, Mary, Elizabeth and William.

I am trying to trace any relatives of Christopher Wilson b c 1809 in Benniworth married to unknown Elizabeth. They had at least 2 sons, George b c 1829 and Henry b c 1831 and 2 daughters Elizabeth b c 1832 and Martha b c 1834. James Harrison and Dorothy his wife had at least 5 children: William (b. 1741), John (b. 1743), James (b. 1745), Mary (b. 1748), and Edward (b. 1751). Family lived in Bicker for at least 3 generations. James died and was buried in Bicker in 1753. I have a copy of his will.

Looking for birth and death of Thomas NEWTON, bachelor of Billingborough in 1826 when he married Elizabeth CLAYPOLE of Dowsby. He was a plumber/glazier. Known to have been alive in December 1840 but believed to have died before October 1850. Thought to have been born ca 1800.

My g grandmother was Charlotte Barwell (b 1837), she married Allen Farmer Vince (b 1841 Wereham) in 1869. Her mother was Charlotte Clattercoates or Clarricotes (b c1810 Ruskington) I'm interested in the name of Clattercoates/Clarricotes so any information about that would be good. Charlotte Barwell's eldest sister Mary (b 1833) remained in Billingborough and was last recorded on the 1891 census. Information about Billingborough during this period would also be of interest.

Ann Ellis (bc1787) married John Woodford (bc1785) on 25/5/1807 at Ewerby (IGI). They lived at Folkingham and then moved to Billingborough. Hannah Ellis (bc1788) married Edward Lindsey or Linsey (bc1780) on 15/9/1806 at Timberland (IGI). They lived at Ruskington and then moved to Billingborough. Hannah Ellis's son George Linsey married Ann Ellis's daughter Hannah Woodford. I am looking for more information on the Ellis family or families.

I am looking for any information on these three families.My Gr Grandmother Catherine Elizabeth Neal married George Arthur Hunt in New Zealand 14 april 1881.Her father Robert married Elizabeth Whyman in Binbrook 1852.Her mother was Frances Whyman who married John Hammand of Hobling.In the 1851 cencus they lived in Louth with Sons William and David,and Daughters Rachael and Jane.In the 1841 cencus they were living in Hull Yks.They were quite itinerant as the chidren were born in Billingbro,Sleaford,Hull and Gosberton and Frances was born in Crowland.Roberts parents were probably George and Unice but I suspect she died and he married Henrietta.Any light you can shed on any of these people would be gratefully received.

married Mary Graves 3rd July 1780 @ Bishop Norton where they lived for over 20 years.Family of 13 children,My line is from John bap.21/03/1773 m.Sarah ? 1807 they moved to Searby.Have records of this family to Moses Wilson who was proprietor of Black Horse Inn Donington on Bain from About 1847-1852 the year of his death.His wife remarried and eventually his children all ended up in N.Z.

I am researching my G.Grandparents.Edward & Susannah Sharp ( nee Plowright) who married in Pinchbeck Lincs 1826. they had three children all of whom were Baptised in Blankney... the Children were. 1. Jonathan Plowright Sharp. 1827 2. Edward 1828 ( My Grandfather) 3. Mary Ann Sharp. 1829 Edward is a Farmer in Pinchbeck according to the Census from 1851 to 1861.. they both died in Spalding in 1877. I assume at their daughter's house. Can anyone tell me who Mary Ann Married? she was unmarried in 1851 Cenus amd listed as a Farmrs daughter..
