I am looking for any information on these three families.My Gr Grandmother Catherine Elizabeth Neal married George Arthur Hunt in New Zealand 14 april 1881.Her father Robert married Elizabeth Whyman in Binbrook 1852.Her mother was Frances Whyman who married John Hammand of Hobling.In the 1851 cencus they lived in Louth with Sons William and David,and Daughters Rachael and Jane.In the 1841 cencus they were living in Hull Yks.They were quite itinerant as the chidren were born in Billingbro,Sleaford,Hull and Gosberton and Frances was born in Crowland.Roberts parents were probably George and Unice but I suspect she died and he married Henrietta.Any light you can shed on any of these people would be gratefully received.

I am researching my G.Grandparents.Edward & Susannah Sharp ( nee Plowright) who married in Pinchbeck Lincs 1826. they had three children all of whom were Baptised in Blankney... the Children were. 1. Jonathan Plowright Sharp. 1827 2. Edward 1828 ( My Grandfather) 3. Mary Ann Sharp. 1829 Edward is a Farmer in Pinchbeck according to the Census from 1851 to 1861.. they both died in Spalding in 1877. I assume at their daughter's house. Can anyone tell me who Mary Ann Married? she was unmarried in 1851 Cenus amd listed as a Farmrs daughter.. During the 1960's I spent time on my Aunt and Uncle's farm, just after the railway bridge , Blyton, near Gainsbourgh, I thought that their name was ROSE, but now I am not so sure, I do know my uncle was called Bill(William), my Aunt was Ethel ( ne Lanes ) their children Geffory and Murreen. I don't know whether anyone can use this info, but I have a handwritten lesson book, belonging to my gggrandfather, Thomas Mitchell, which he wrote in 1826 in Bonby, and brought with him on the boat to America. The book lists several men's names, followed by Bonby, as if they were residents of the community.

Looking for Catherine's father, McDonnough Bennett. She was born in 1850/1 in Boothby Pagnell but the father was not on the birth certificate. (Mother's name Catherine Bennett.) However, Catherine McD names her father on her marriage certificate, occupation Butler, conveniently deceased!
