Had 9 children between 1817 & 1838. One child, Joseph Tyson used to travel to Sowerby Bridge in West Yorkshire with his family for summer work. They later settled there.

I have a sampler by Maria dated 1810 age 13. There could be links with Chapel St Leonards, Mumby and Cumberworth. Possibly links with John Keal husband of Mary Ann Willey married 26-7-1855 Alford. Also Thomas Keal and Mary Ann Snell married 25-11-1803 Cumberworth. John Keal was a carrier in the Mumby area evenually becoming a miner in Co Durham till the turn of the century. Does any reader have information linking the above names? I would be very grateful for any details.

I believe the family who owned it at this time were named TODER.
