I am looking for information about Elizabeth Berry born around 1800/1801. I do not know who her parents were. Can someone look this up for me please? She was convicted at Lancaster quarter sessions for larceny and transported to Tasmania Australia for 7 years. So my best guess is she was from Lancaster. She marrried Joseph Bliss in 1826 and had 3 children. She died in Hobart Tasmania 1877. Any help appreciated.

Would like information about John Bennett, born in Eccleston and married to Martha Ashcroft of Lathom at St. Paul's Skelmersdale 1886. They lived at the lodge at Lathom Hall where John Bennett worked as gamekeeper, later they moved to Skelmersdale and then to Broad o'th Lane Shevington by the time of the 1901 census. By this time they were 44 and 42 respectively and had several children, the second oldest being my grandfather, George Bennett, born in 1887.
