Forsyth - Hawkshead
I am researching the history of Isaac Forsyth, born at Hawkshead / Coniston around 1850. Recorded information shows this to be the most likely date. He migrated to Australia on the Dacca in 1884, aged 33. Research indicates he was married before leaving London, to Elizabeth, however in 1903 he married again in Australia.
Information to hand (his death certificate) shows Isaac's father to be Thomas, but there is no additional information available.
Any information, however slight, would help unravel this conundrum. Thank you.
