The census's show that they lived and eventually died in Blackrod. One of their sons, Robert ( my Gt Grandfather ) married a Ann Walker in 1860 and they moved to Bolton, lanc's . They had seven children, one being my Grandfather Daniel Walkden b.1868 - 1925. He married my Grandmother Mary Shackleton and had two children, one being my Father Robert Walkden. Since Robert sr. the family remained in Bolton although my Grandmother's family originated in Burnley, Lanc's.
