Please can anyone help, in my tree I have two brothers, Robert T HUDSON and Thomas James HUDSON both born in Greenwich, they ended up with their respective families in Milton Gravesend.
Robert Thomas Hudson (b1833 d1895)married 1864 Mary Ann ELLIOTT. Robert T was a Pilot. From census records I have found at least 7 children: Ada Louisa, Hannah Delia, Thomas James (b1868 died (drowned) 1892), Mary Ann, Charles K, Frederick and Florence Jane. I know that Frederick married Minnie E Aitkin in 1900 and had 1 son also in 1900, 1901 census living at 6 Brandon Street, He is a Waterman (Barge).
Thomas James HUDSON (b1834/5) married 1860 Cecilia MASON. He is a Trinity Pilot. From census records there were at least 5 children all girls, Cecilia b1861 d1867, Julia, Emily, Alice and Lucy.
I seem to have hit a brickwall iro Thomas James Hudson and the daughters. I cannot trace him on 1891 Census although the daughters are listed as living at 13&14 Albion Terrace, Milton Gravesend. I cannot find any of them on 1901 Census. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

PIKE Family - (Gravesend - Kent)
I'm hoping to find descendants of Joseph William & Elizabeth PIKE who were resident on Bernard Street in Gravesend, Kent in each of the 1881, 1891, and 1901 censuses.
Their son Joseph William J PIKE married Emily Louisa SHILLING in 1898. The couple were living on Bernard Street in Gravesend in 1911, with sons Joseph William J (born 1901) and Frederick James (1905). I believe that Fred went on to marry Mabel B STONE in 1930, and have a son John F PIKE in 1932.
A second son of Joseph & Elizabeth was James John PIKE, who married in 1899 to Ellen Frances GRIGSBY. The 1901 census puts them at West Ham in Essex, and in 1911 they were at 18 Malmesbury Terrace, Canning Town. I know of three sons (James Reginald (born 1901), Leonard Joseph (1902), and William Albert John (1904)).
Thanks,
- David.

Moss Family of Greenhithe/Swanscome - (Greenhithe - Kent)
Moving right along, lol. Research has brought me here. I'm looking for any Moss families in the Greenhithe/Swanscombe area who have roots in that area that date back to the mid 1700's. My ancestor James Moss was born somewhere in England in 1750. He married to Susannah Webb at St. Mary Woolnoth Church in 1789 in Middlesex, and he died in 1801 in Swanscombe. Susannah was his 2nd wife as he was listed as a widower on the marriage record. I don't know if James had any children from his first marriage but he had the following children with Susannah: Jane b. 1790, Sarah b. 1792, James b. 1794, Elizabeth b. 1795, William b. 1797, Alice b. 1798, and Joseph Webb Moss b. 1800. James may have had two brothers in the Swanscombe area as well, William and Samuel Moss. There were a number of brick makers, brick layers, Hosiery hands, and Knitters in this lineage and it appears that the family moved up and down the A5 (the Roman Watling Street). There are many descendants of this family in the Buckingham and Leicester areas too, from the mid to late 1800's. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
