They had 11 children who where all baptised in Hemingford Grey as Lovewell and married as Lovell. Records relating to Henry's birth or baptism can not be found. Ref: Banns register of Longstanton: Phil Gardner, curate published the banns of marriage on the 24th, 31st May and 7th June 1772. Banns appear to refer to Henry's name as LOVEN although Henry could not write therefore only leaving his mark. A knowing eye can see LOVELL. All Saints, Longstanton Ref: Hemingford Grey Buriel Register (1813-1881): Henry LOVELL was buried on 23/3/1828 aged 84. I once saw in the area a sign saying 'GIFFORD FARM', wondered if anyone knows of it and if Rachel was related? I am searching for Henry Loven (Lovell) baptism or birth or other family information.
