HARDWICK - Aymestrey
I have discovered that my Gr,Gr.Gr.Grandfather John Hardwick was born in Llanbister, Radnor, in 1766, and my Gr.Gr.Gr. Grandmother Elizabeth Jones, was born in Forden, Montgomeryshire (christened in Welshpool), in 1791.
They did marry in Aymestry on the 19/12/1815.
Their children were: Mary b.1816, Anna b.1818, ELIZABETH b.1820,Thomas b.1823 and William b.1825.
I am decended from Charles Hardwick, a son born to Elizabeth, out of wedlock, in 1837.
I have also discovered that John was married twice, his first wife was Jane Griffith, they married in Aymestrey in 1796, and they had 3 children, James b.1797, Ann b.1800 and John b. 1803. I am presuming that Jane died, and he then married Elizabeth in 1815.
I am therefore looking for decendents of the 3 children of his first marriage James, Ann & John, and the children of his second marriage to Elizabeth, Mary, Anna, Thomas & William.
Hoping someone out there may be able to help.
Rita.
