Looking for the possible death of Richard Gardner and wife Mary Templeman Gardner.They married in 1850 Brighton Sussex; in 1851 they are in Bourton on the Hill; 1861(Moreton on Marsh) their 3 children (George-b.1856, Mary-b.1852 and Charles b.1858,all born Bourton on Hil)) are living with the family of John Perkins.Richard may have been born in Ox. according to census. 1871 the children have scattered and don't appear to be in that district.Are there records for orphanes if that is the case? Richard Gardners father is Thomas Gardner. Any insite into this family appreciated.

Can anyone identify the family of Clara Matilda Morgan. Parents thought to be Henry & Mary. She was baptised in St James, Bream on 11th August 1861. Henry & Mary had - Ann : Thomas : John : Emma : Henry : Mary : and Sarah (census 1881) Clara's name does not appear. She had moved to Bristol as a servant,and married there in 1881 so I cannot confirm that this WAS her family.

I have his birth as 1833 but with the census's his age changes by about 5 years what I would like to find is his marriage and birth of Bertha and John.I am afraid that my record of John being the son of James is now in doubt as after looking at the 1861 census John and his wife Emma who does have a Bertha and John(born in Bream) appears to have been born in Yorkley can anyone help please.

Minnie Violetta Morse

I am looking for information on Minnie Violetta Morse born c 1882 in Bream, daughter of Edmund Morse and Theophilia Whetson. Minnie married Charles William Morse in 1889 at Goosnargh Church, Lancashire where they were both hospital attendants. In 1901 census they are licencees of the Rising Sun Inn, Bream along with their niece Dulcie Morse aged 12, born in Yorkley. Under civil registration I cannot find Minnie's death nor can I find a birth for Dulcie in 1889. Dulcie also appears in the 1901 census at Whittingham Asylum nr Preston aged 2 as niece of Minnie's brother, John Wheatstone Morse but her parentage is a mystery.
