Caroline BAKER b:1824-1830
- Branscombe
Caroline BAKER was born between 1824-1830. Her father's name Den(n)is BAKER according to her marriage certificate. She married John HENDY in 1855 Plymouth. I have followed this family forward but cannot go back.1851 Census has a Caroline BAKER age 15 and 1861 has her as a Cook age 25 born Buscombe. After this all Census have her born Branscombe. Her death certificate has her born in 1817. Someone who has the Branscombe baptisms said there isn't a Caroline baptised/christened in Branscombe. In 1871/1881 Census she is a widow and a Cook by profession. The IGI has a Dennis Baker and he is in Burlescombe but the age does not fit.Anyone who has information that fits somehow into this l would like to hear from.
