Ellen sarah Miller
- South Milton
I'm looking for the origins of Ellen Sarah Miller b. c1860. father said to have been Captain Miller who served in South Africa 1830's/1840's. Miller's reputation as a soldier was said to have been characterised by some brutality. (family myth??) Any thoughts out there? Thanks.
ps. Ellen Sarah miiler was later to marry Richard William Hosgood and gave birth to my grandmother in East Dulwich in 1892.
