My GG was William Leach, born about 1828. The only possibility I've found so far is in the 1851 census, Which lists a William Leach aged 23 - lodger in Trevethin, Monmouthshire, but born in Devonshire, Devon. Any help to confirm would be appreciated

He married Grace Mortimer on 9/11/ 1791 at Kenton. They had a son also Richard Licence Harris born 1794 at Kenton. He married Maria Cann on 20/6/1819 at St Sidwell Exeter.
