TAGG, Mary - Alfreton
- I think this lady may be my GG Grandmother. I know my GG Grandfather, Thomas Slater married a Mary ??? in the Alfreton area about 1830. There were several Thomas Slaters married about the same time but the one who married Mary Tagg in Dec 1830 in Alfreton sounds the likeliest. If anyone knows anything about her and could provide information such as her father's name and/or that of her children it would help to confirm it. Thomas's three eldest sons were born in Alfreton, Somercotes and Riddings before they left the area.
