Language Professors Missing Family - Kenwyn
We are researching the family of Hilarius Freund, a Swiss National, who married an Elizabeth or Lizzie Williams in 1881 in Kenwyn. Elizabeth and her mother, Catherine, owned and ran a lodging house in St Dominic's Street. All 3 of these people appear on the 1881 census, and also on the 1891 census together with Elizabeth and Hilarius' then children. Unfortunately by 1901 they appear to have moved! There is no trace of Hilarius and his family on the 1901 census! By 1901 there were 7 children - at least 2 not living at home. The youngest of the children were born in 1897 and 1898 so they must be at home. Can anyone help. We will happily swap information with anyone else researching this family.
