Alice Price married Thomas Mullane, following Thomas's death Alice married Leonard Catton, wirral, 1912. Alice owned or ran a fish and chip shop in the Birkenhead area in the 1930's. Alice had a daughter Elizabeth Alice Mullane (known as Lilly) Lilly moved to Southport were she lived with Ernest Jamieson 1928 to 1939. I guess Ernest had previously married someone else. Lilly and Ernest had several children together. Ernest Jamieson worked as a hotel porter. Tracing information on George David Kirby b. abt 1830 married to Mary Ann Summer and had a son William who emigrated to Australia. The 1871, 1881, 1901 Cenuses put them as living in Birkenhead, Cheshire. I believe George was a Tea Merchant. The Census lists a son Francis T who followed his father into the Tea trade but can't seem to find William in any Censuses. William was born 1853 in Essex and died 1926 in Daylesford Vic Australia.
