Thomas's father John Flower was also a Blacksmith. Trying to (a) locate Thomas's home and (b)trace location of John Flower, Blacksmith, about 1830s onwards.

John worked as a gardener aged 32; his wife Elizabeth (nee DAWKINS) worked as a laundress whilst caring for their children Ada Mary (b c1876)and John George Herbert (aka George b c1879). Amy was born there in 1881 after the census was taken.
